I came to Brandon Honda for my 2014 Honda Accord Sport in October after visiting with three to four other dealerships in the area. The team at Brandon blew me away with their willingness to help and find me a great deal on my car. They offered the best package compared to anyone in the area including their lifetime powertrain warranty. They were very quick to answer any questions and take care of anything needed. The entire team works together well and it made the experience less stressful. I love my car and the experience and would highly recommend future Honda owners to get their car here. More

I first communicated with Joe over the internet. Later we spoke on the phone and set up an appointment to meet and look at a 2007 Honda Civic I'd seen online. The car drove like a charm and Joe was never pushy at all. He was quite the gentleman, and would remind me of the things that could go wrong by keeping my 14 year old Saturn, and not replacing it with a newer vehicle. The car I bought had half the miles on it than my Saturn did. Joe was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I drove and was interested in. The managers I spoke to were very friendly and made me feel right at home. I plan on buying my next car from Honda of Brandon, and referring my friends and family to them as well. Mr. John Tanner, not only that he was welcoming but he made sure that I was comfortable and ready to talk to Mr. Jim King (my Sale's Rep). Mr. King was wonderful and knowledgeable about the cars... I didn't think that i was going to walk out there w/ a car but he made sure that I wasn't disappointed... Mr. Hector Nieves and King worked their magic and came up w/ a car that I wasn't even expecting to get. Then came along Mr. Vaughn Heberlee, the guru in the Finance world. I truly felt like family. Mr. Sharaz Hassan & Tony Lara also made me feel not only like their daughter but a friend at the same time. I started off my relationship with Brandon Honda online. Tony Lara responded to my request for a quote on a Honda Pilot. We then spoke by phone about the quote and the exact Pilot I wanted. He did not have it in stock but assured me that he could get the vehicle I wanted. I met with him later in the week and confirmed everything. At no point did he ever pressure me to buy. He was very friendly and made the whole process very easy. He worked with Matt Ruark to finalize the deal and locate the vehicle. The Pilot I wanted arrived at the dealership the very next day. I completed the process with Tony Montesano. All 3 of them were pleasant and I would do business with them again. I've had my new Pilot for only a few days but am happy with my decision and the whole process at Brandon Honda. I would definitely buy from them again. More
