Long day All the people we worked with were very nice. Tony was good but a bit pushy about selling us on extended warranty. William was nice but did not have knowledge about what I had communicated with Sarah about. It was an extremely long process. I think we spend over 5 hours just waiting on different papers and things. All this could have been done in one to two hours. I went on line to do this so all we had to do was test drive the car and make a decision. This long process took all the fun out of buying a new car. DOUG More

Awesome Purchase! We just purchased our awesome 2019 Toyota Highlander from Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville, Florida. Our salesperson was Gil Mariano was so helpful. We just purchased our awesome 2019 Toyota Highlander from Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville, Florida. Our salesperson was Gil Mariano was so helpful. He first made a list of what make, model & features we were interested in. Then, out to the lot we went, comparing the colors, interior & exterior. When we picked out the one we were interested in, we took it for a drive. Then we came back to the office & he went over all the options & details of how we wanted to finance it. Gave us some good ideas & then we went into the Finance Manager’s Office (Tony Garcia). He explained everything to us. After everything was signed, Gil brought our new car around to pick up (all filled up with gas). He explained all the gadgets & operating technology. We even got free lunch!! He told us to call him or come in anytime for questions or whatever we needed. An awesome experience for sure!!! 😊 More
