Overall it was a very good experience. Ultimately we got the car that we wanted but we needed extra time to work out our new insurance quote and the dealership didn't want to hold the car, Ultimately we got the car that we wanted but we needed extra time to work out our new insurance quote and the dealership didn't want to hold the car, even with a substantial deposit. Service was great especially the time that Tony took with explaining vehicle features, just a bit of discrepancy on policy regarding not allowing deposit to hold vehicle for 24 hours while we clarified ins explaining vehicle features, just a bit of discrepancy on policy regarding not allowing deposit to hold vehicle for 24 hours while we clarified insurance requirements and titling - but all worked out in the end!
