I w3as notified by Tony about two recalls for my car. I scheduled an appointment Tony greeted me and told me that each recall would be handled and while I was there I also requested an oil change which was scheduled an appointment Tony greeted me and told me that each recall would be handled and while I was there I also requested an oil change which was due soon and this way I would not have to revisit. All issues were taken care of within two hours and I was very satisfied with the care and attention that was given. I would highly recommend the dealership for all your Cadillac needs More

Tony DeGuiseppe and Joe Mistretta were very instrumental in resolving my issue with my 2020 CT5. They were determined to get it right and all worked out to my complete satisfaction. Great service dpt!! Joe Mistretta runs a well organized department and his staff members are very knowledgeable and extremely patient. I saw Tony in service and he was happy to help me..
