Excellent purchase experience (as has been the case with my prior 3 Jeep purchases from Central). Initially, Zenia DiSangro was very helpful with information about available stock & taking pictures of vehi my prior 3 Jeep purchases from Central). Initially, Zenia DiSangro was very helpful with information about available stock & taking pictures of vehicles for me to view via email. Moving forward with a possible purchase, Tony Okoh & George Alagha were very patient as we negotiated trade-in value & new vehicle price over a period of a couple days, arriving at a price agreeable to us both to seal the deal, or "strike the deal" as Tony would phrase it! Purchasing a 2020 Dodge Charger RT, I was not quite prepared to deal with this dealership's style of business. Tony, "deal striker" a seasoned employee was very adamant about making this sale. In pre prepared to deal with this dealership's style of business. Tony, "deal striker" a seasoned employee was very adamant about making this sale. In preparing the paperwork it seemed that there was a "mix up" along the way and the Vin number of a different, less expensive 2020 Dodge Charger RT was used for all pricing negotiations by "deal striker", even though the more expensive car that I was planning to purchase was the one shown and discussed with me. This "mix-up" was not noticed until the dealership placed a sold sign on the more expensive car I was ready to purchase and I was about to leave the dealership. The lesson learned was to triple check all documents and paperwork involved in the negotiations that clients and sales associates are reading from, so there will be no $9,000 plus "mix-up" that the dealership makes the client responsible for, if they want to walk out with a car that they previously discussed. More
