Dealership charged us over the maximum price for a part that we needed. Was disrespected when the person asked how MANY credit cards we’d be paying with, the person then failed to inform us beforehand that that we needed. Was disrespected when the person asked how MANY credit cards we’d be paying with, the person then failed to inform us beforehand that there would be an upcharge if paying with a credit card…until we were getting ready to run the card. I will not be bringing my car back here in the future. Overpriced and completely awful customer service with people who lack common respect. More

We had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and computer update. Sat in the waiting room for 4 hours and 45 minutes. When we arrived they said it would be about an hour.
