Excellent experience from building my 2022 GLS 450, updates throughout the build, picture of her arrival at the dealer and making the paperwork of the purchase seamless, Nicole, Zoltan and Tony were th updates throughout the build, picture of her arrival at the dealer and making the paperwork of the purchase seamless, Nicole, Zoltan and Tony were the perfect team. Upon arriving to pick her up, my car was inside the showroom with a bow, a Congratulation sign and everyone was waiting to greet us. Did I mention they were able to deliver her the same day of delivery from plant, so we could drive it on our trip the same week. Once we completed a tutorial of the MBUX system by Tony, we spent a short time with Rob in Finance to complete are documents. Everything was pre-filled and dated, only needed signatures and review. The fastest purchase we’ve ever made. Thank you all! We will never purchase from any other dealership team, they have spoiled us! Best Mercedes showroom in the franchise. More

From start to finish, the Crown Eurocars team made my purchase a very happy experience. Car sales folks overall have less than desirable reputations, but Neville Barrett defied the stereotype. From the b purchase a very happy experience. Car sales folks overall have less than desirable reputations, but Neville Barrett defied the stereotype. From the build to delivery to purchase, Neville communicated each step perfectly. When I arrived, my car was in the showroom with a big blue bow on it, and Neville so patiently let us take our time checking her out. He even took pics on my phone. The Finance Manager, Marc Israel, was so down to earth and pleasant to work with which also defies the stereotypical dreaded finance manager. Lastly, Tony Cintron made learning about my car so much fun! He explained features with ease and showed me things on my car that I don't know that I would've discovered. All around a fabulous experience! More
