I am a single mother going through the hardships of COVID. I recently moved back to Texas for a fresh start and I have been carless since the beginning of the year. I originally was dealing with Jarrell for a week in between my work shifts but never able to make it to the dealership. As I was speaking to a friend regarding this situation, he referred me to Tony. When I arrived at the dealership for the first time I was welcomed by both salesman and treated with nothing but the utmost respect and care. Tony explained everything to me in detail and assisted me throughout the entire process. We had several challenges because of issues with paperwork but they sealed the deal the same day I came in at the price I wanted to be at. I have nothing but stellar things to say about Tony when it comes to his knowledge, capabilities, and patience. I was extremely overwhelmed with everything needed to the point I almost had an anxiety attack - Tony assured me everything would be ok and remained patient regardless of my frustrations. End result - I drove away with the car I wanted. This is my first time buying a new car and I love everything about it. “Superman” Tony was an excellent sales representative, he made our buying experience so smooth and personable. We contacted him in advance giving our trade in vehicle information and were able to get a quote made our buying experience so smooth and personable. When we arrived there was no hidden fees , the highlander platinum was in excellent condition as advertised and even came with a full tank of gas and a wonderful detailing. The whole whole staff and environment was very welcoming and the experience was hassle free . We hope Tony will be there for our future purchase of a Tundra. More

Longo Toyota of Prosper definitely raised the bar when it came to customer care, hospitality, and appreciation. Immediately we felt like valued customers and truly appreciated for the out of state drive and eventual purchase.
