Honest, Reasonable, Good Service I've been ready to buy a new truck since September 2014. My problem is that once a dealership treats me like an idiot, or lies or misrepresents somet I've been ready to buy a new truck since September 2014. My problem is that once a dealership treats me like an idiot, or lies or misrepresents something, I move on to a different dealer. Gates GMC was reasonable (on price, and trade value), were willing to give specific information via email, treated me with respect, and were focused on genuine customer service. I wish I had started my truck search here last fall. I have now purchased 10 new vehicles over the last 25 years or so. This was by far, the best buying experience I've ever had. More

Nate also kindly and patiently took significant time in explaining the technology in the vehicle to me, a daunting task as it can be overwhelming to someone not highly versed in the accoutrements of the new cars of today.
