They were very responsive to my inquiries from start to finish.. On two different occasions, Charlie and Nate were able to bring the vehicles to my home because of my work schedule which was a huge plus. We stayed in communication over a several month period which involved phone calls, text messages and emails which was great. Charlie and Nate located the exact 2500 Denali HD that I was looking for and notified me of new arrivals and color options in the time leading up to finding the truck.. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the dealership and selection of trucks that were available. I would definitely recommend to friends, family and co workers to check out Gates! More
