Honda CRV 2015 purchase I have always heard that it’s hard to have a “good” experience when purchasing a vehicle. Something changed for me when I arrived and found Tom Proper I have always heard that it’s hard to have a “good” experience when purchasing a vehicle. Something changed for me when I arrived and found Tom Propersi at Valley Honda. I had been to Valley Honda in October to just have a look at 2015 Honda CRV. I wasn’t planning to purchase it soon. I explained this clearly to Tom and told him I wouldn’t like to waste a lot of time since I might be a prospect but definitely not a buyer today ! He took my suggestion, listened to me carefully regarding my financials. Never in the process he sounded pushy or I felt like being not shown interest. He took me around the shop, service and explained each details why it is the best place get your Honda. That was in Oct first week and we were in touch through emails for over 3 weeks and finally got my car on 28th. The process was so smooth and I appreciated that he “listened” and made it happen. Tom was the key to purchasing at Valley Honda. Tom also told me that the reason why Valley Honda has been a success is because it cares. Bob who is the owner comes and speaks to customers on a daily basis. Thanks Tom and Valley Honda ! I look forward to dealing with your service department and hope that experience will be similar. Tom has the perfect combination of professionalism and friendliness. He knows cars and will gladly teach you what he knows. That "no pressure" style that so many reviewers have mentioned is true. I found him to be a great listener, patient and considerate, making my car buying experience MUCH better than I anticipated. As for the rest of Valley Honda, it's a great big beautiful venue for selling and maintaining cars. The employees are sociable and helpful. The waiting room was filled with people using the many amenities provided for them. They definitely work hard to make sure guests and vehicles are well taken care of. More

But this was the first place we went to and just wanted to look around. Big mistake!!!!! Went to other Honda Dealers but definitely not the same. We ended up going back to her but she was not in at the time and Tom Propersi took care of us and again he was Great. Both took their time made sure we were comfortable and not just about sale. I am definitely going to recommend this Honda dealership and Karina as well as Tom. Thank You Again!!!!! More

Worth the Drive! I had read several excellent reviews about Valley Honda and some specifically about Tom Propersi. It was an hour drive from home but I thought, with I had read several excellent reviews about Valley Honda and some specifically about Tom Propersi. It was an hour drive from home but I thought, with those reviews, especially concerning women purchasers, this was a worthwhile trip to make. Although when I requested more information, I didn't request Tom as a contact person, he became my first contact and my "intro" to Valley Honda. Lucky me!!! His help through the process was great with little to no pressure about anything, especially the "extras" that are often shoved at a buyer. He was knowledgeable about the HRV and took the time, without "dumbing down" his info, to explain all the features and even set up my Bluetooth!. He takes pride in "not letting a customer out the door" without a thorough explanation of the car's features. Overall, the experience with Tom at the helm and Roxann in the Business office, was enjoyable and I felt I was treated very professionally and with kind concern throughout the purchase process. More

Great dealership, Great salesperson Never, never have I seen such a well run business with employees who really care about you. I'm used to "Used Car Salesmen", not nice.
