Both times I have found Tom to be friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. He steered me in the right direction to a used car that was in my price range, but looked and felt brand new. I admit I went to a Kings Automall dealership first, and it was the worst experience I have ever had - all the cars were dirty inside, and the salesman was a complete "shyster" - the ones that give car salesmen a bad name. After that experience, I decided to go back to Tom, as my previous experience was so good. I am so glad I did, and will never waste my time going to another dealership. I also enjoyed the way Tom treated me as a "returning customer", mentioning it to the staff numerous times. Thanks again Tom - you rock! More
