His children went on to get degrees at Kutztown, Penn State and Temple University, as you can see Tom has deep roots in the area. Skiing and motorcycle riding as well as following our local sports teams are Tom's hobbies. The entire team at Audi Devon is extremely professional. I brought my 2023 Q7 in for a regular service appointment a couple of months ago and worked with Doug in service. Doug and I both thought this would I brought my 2023 Q7 in for a regular service appointment a couple of months ago and worked with Doug in service. Doug and I both thought this would take a week or two, but it ended up taking a bit more time due to parts not being available. During this ENTIRE time, AUDI provided me with a Q7 loaner for our family and Doug consistently gave us updates. After some back and forth with Doug and the service team, I was told it was going to be a bit more time and I requested to possibly look for a new car. They also agreed and made the process easy. I worked with Audi Devon and VOLKSWAGEN Group of America, Inc. to repurchase my current car, and help me locate a 2024 SQ7 in the exact configuration we were looking for. The communication throughout this process was extremely professional and the result was great for all involved. I can't recommend them enough. More
