We took the loaner car to breakfast and returned to just browse the showroom for a few minutes. We ended up meeting Tom, test drove a few different vehicles and bought a new Q5! Our service visit ended up being a trade/new car experience! We had not intended to purchase that day, but Tom was very helpful and patient with our questions and his time.
