Life time resident of Dowagiac, MI and the surrounding area. I am a 1983 graduate of Dowagiac Union High School. Baseball, fishing, golf and playing pool are my favorite hobbies. I traveled much of the world through the US Navy serving aboard the U.S.S. Nimitz, CVN-68. I'm a proud veteran and happy to meet others who also serve or have served our country and our citizens. After the military I entered sales in 1991 and have an extensive background in sales, inventory and store management. Sales is a great career field with its own set of challenges. Finding the right car, truck or SUV for a customer is the challenge and my goal each and every time. I have a low pressure system that I use in finding the right vehicle for my customers. It starts with listening to them first and learning their needs. When successful, I make a long standing customer and in many cases, a new friend. Service Recently my wife and I purchased a used Ford Explorer from a deceased family member, with low mileage but passed warranty. We brought the vehicle in for noise in rear end, assuming brake pads, turned out to be more than just pads, calipers too! I asked Tom Ferrier if there were something we could try a do with Ford. Great service and great car! I came in to C. Wimberley needing something a little newer and knew exactly what car I wanted as it had caught my eye when driving past the lot. I wen I came in to C. Wimberley needing something a little newer and knew exactly what car I wanted as it had caught my eye when driving past the lot. I went inside and was immediately greeted at the door. In less than a couple minutes, I was test driving the vehicle I fell in love with. Tom was very friendly and helped me throughout the whole process since I have never bought from a dealer before. I felt very comfortable and all the questions I had were answered. They were willing to work with me and not make me feel pressured. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received and definitely happy with my new car! More
