Life time resident of Dowagiac, MI and the surrounding area. I am a 1983 graduate of Dowagiac Union High School. Baseball, fishing, golf and playing pool are my favorite hobbies. I traveled much of the world through the US Navy serving aboard the U.S.S. Nimitz, CVN-68. I'm a proud veteran and happy to meet others who also serve or have served our country and our citizens. After the military I entered sales in 1991 and have an extensive background in sales, inventory and store management. Sales is a great career field with its own set of challenges. Finding the right car, truck or SUV for a customer is the challenge and my goal each and every time. I have a low pressure system that I use in finding the right vehicle for my customers. It starts with listening to them first and learning their needs. When successful, I make a long standing customer and in many cases, a new friend. Bad situation My husband and I were in a vehicle that we were extremely displeased with. Upon my discussing it with our salesman Tom Ferrier he immediately dropped My husband and I were in a vehicle that we were extremely displeased with. Upon my discussing it with our salesman Tom Ferrier he immediately dropped what he was doing and came to see what he could do to make this right. He came up with a plan which included two of his teammates, Chris and Will. Which resulted in my husband and I in a new vehicle the same day which we couldn't be happier with. These gentlemen made this very frustrating situation much more satisfying. We highly recommend these gentlemen and the true professionalism along with their sincere desire to help rectify what was nothing short of a painful experience for us. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. What can I say? Everyone we had contact with, from the first email sent to the point I drove my new to me 2016 F150 XLT off the lot, was very helpful What can I say? Everyone we had contact with, from the first email sent to the point I drove my new to me 2016 F150 XLT off the lot, was very helpful and courteous. Tom worked through the new CPO program for the first time efficiently, took the time to explain all the features of the truck, and even went as far as helping me sync my phone with the truck. I spoke with the financing staff on the phone first and then in person and every step of the process was explained precisely including the warranty program offered. I will definitely check these guys out again whenever it's time for the next one. More
