Life time resident of Dowagiac, MI and the surrounding area. I am a 1983 graduate of Dowagiac Union High School. Baseball, fishing, golf and playing pool are my favorite hobbies. I traveled much of the world through the US Navy serving aboard the U.S.S. Nimitz, CVN-68. I'm a proud veteran and happy to meet others who also serve or have served our country and our citizens. After the military I entered sales in 1991 and have an extensive background in sales, inventory and store management. Sales is a great career field with its own set of challenges. Finding the right car, truck or SUV for a customer is the challenge and my goal each and every time. I have a low pressure system that I use in finding the right vehicle for my customers. It starts with listening to them first and learning their needs. When successful, I make a long standing customer and in many cases, a new friend. warrenty My Explorer needed it scheduled 6 month oil change which was delayed because of the virus. I also had to have a weather strip replaced before the warr My Explorer needed it scheduled 6 month oil change which was delayed because of the virus. I also had to have a weather strip replaced before the warranty went of. The service department ordered that for me in December and had to wait for me to return from the south to do that repair, They did so this past week along with the oil change in a timely manner and all is well.
