Execellent New Car Sales Experience from Tom Cola! I always dread purchasing a new car, but this time I was pleasantly surprised. I actually enjoyed the experience. Everything was fast, thorough and ef I always dread purchasing a new car, but this time I was pleasantly surprised. I actually enjoyed the experience. Everything was fast, thorough and efficient at Ray Catena of Edison. I had the pleasure of working with Tom Cola for my recent Mercedes Benz C300 purchase. I went to six dealers to find just the right car for me over the course of several weeks. I wish I had just gone to Ray Catena first. The service I received was second to none. The speed in which I received my new car was amazing. I built the car, submitted it to them and drove off with it the next day at a fabulous price although they didn't have the vehicle in stock, nor was it at another dealer. I know they gave me a great deal, because I had been researching this car for months and had all the numbers worked out. I have been purchasing luxury cars for 20-years and this was the best experience I have ever had, although I have owned several Mercedes Benz's in the past. I look forward to buying my next vehicle for Tom Cola and Ray Catena. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for Mercedes-Benz in the New Jersey area. More

Great Experience I was very pleased with my experience at Ray Catena and especially with Tom Cola, he went above and beyond to make sure I got the car of my desire. This is my third lease with Mercedes Benz and first with Ray Catena, always went there for servicing since their servicing department is wonderful and is closer to my home, however, when I went to lease for the first time, I was not greeted in friendly manner. I started on the phone with Grigory Rozenfeld and he was so ridiculously unprofessional (not ans Just leased another car from Ray Catena's dealership. I started on the phone with Grigory Rozenfeld and he was so ridiculously unprofessional (not answering my questions, constantly interrupting me and raising his voice, not letting me to speak, pitching some well known facts) that I almost decided not to buy from this dealership. I escalated the matter to the General Manager (Robert Alfonso) to let them know that this person is hurting their business, and he took personal interest in my case and fixed things right away - it took him 2 minutes to make me feel like I'm in good hands again. Then Robert introduced me to Tom Cola. Tom was very thorough, straightforward, and at the same time fun to work with. He was straight to the point, withought used car sales techniques presented by Grigory. I was actually very surprized by Grigory's attitude, as I dealt with this dealership in past and all staff were very professional. To make long story short - I'll be back there for my next car, but will make sure to stay clear of Grigory. More

Incredible Service I just recently leased my 2016 GL 450 from an 2014 ML 350. The dealer (Tom Cola) did an great job facilitating the transfer of my old lease to the ne I just recently leased my 2016 GL 450 from an 2014 ML 350. The dealer (Tom Cola) did an great job facilitating the transfer of my old lease to the new lease with minimal issue. The front desk staff along with the management were extremely courteous and made me feel at home. It definitely made the drive from Brooklyn very worthwhile to get this new lease. I have never done business with this particular dealership before, but after the experience I just had with them, I recommended my parents to get a GL 450 as well! I will be a customer for life. Great job guys! More

He was knowledgeable, experienced and straight up. I never felt pressured or intimidated. During my time with Tom I always felt he was working for me and not the other way around. He worked hard to get me into the right car with the right terms and conditions. It was also clear he was respected by his management and likely one of the top salesman in the dealership. The dealership was impressive, had an amazing selection of cars both new and high quality used in their inventory and the showroom and customer accommodations were top notch. I will be back and will refer friends and family to Tom and Ray Catena of Edison. More
