Very positive I have had all positive experiences there. Work is good, fast polite. I have nothing negative to sau. Everyone was very nice and helpful to me. Satisfying. The service adviser stated it would take about 1.5 hours to complete the service and he was very close to being correct. The BEST My car was having an issue which started last year in July and they were determined to figure out what was wrong and they did. The service department totally rocks, Bill, Tom, Michael, and Katherine are totally amazing. My Sonic (Monkey) now runs nice and smooth because of them. I highly recommend this service department. More

Maintenance Went in for service maintenance took a little longer than what I expected and I really didn't have time to be there because I had plans. My car smelled like coolant afterwards not sure if that's normal after a coolant flush but my car back in service now because my a/c not working now, so happy this time they were able to reserve a rental for me now just waiting to see what's wrong with my vehicle 😕 More

The Staff are all knowledgeable. All your staff is knowledgeable, however, they push lots of extra maintenance on your car. I went for just an oil change and almost spent over $400, All your staff is knowledgeable, however, they push lots of extra maintenance on your car. I went for just an oil change and almost spent over $400, but decided to wait. Having not planned on so much work on a fairly new car. It's nice the mechanics let you know what you may be facing, but the way it's presented is not desirable. Having a checklist of what may be needed is good...it's the pushing feeling I don't like. Also, listening to all the scams out there, we don't know who to trust anymore. I usually felt very good about Hawk, however, this last visit had me feeling pressured. More

Excellent customer service I was at the service department for a part to be put on my vehicle..the service team was Great!! Very nice to me as always..they took time to explain I was at the service department for a part to be put on my vehicle..the service team was Great!! Very nice to me as always..they took time to explain what was needed and it didn't take too long..the guys took me to work and offered to bring me back...i love and appreciate their customer service...they are wonderful and make me always want to do business at this location.
