Although we personally were in a pinch trying to get a good, reliable car relatively quickly, Miles didn't rush us at all. This was only my second time buying a car, so I was extremely intimidated and anxious going into the situation, but Miles was so kind and very easy to work with. My fiance and I were both there to get a new vehicle and he didn't hesitate to pull a couple cars for us each to test drive. We both decided to go with the second car we had looked at, and Miles was just great throughout the whole experience. Armin did our financing, and he was just as easy going as Miles. We were offered different warranties and although we declined them, he didn't push us into anything. Todd assisted Miles and helped us negotiate some trade in values and lowered the price on a vehicle to match another dealership and was a gem to work with as well! The whole team was very easy going and a pleasure to work with. I'll definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy. *Update: with the first warmer days upon us, I found out the AC isn't working correctly in my 2016 Civic, and Miles was very quick to respond to my worry, and even looked into the warranties and steered me in the right direction to get it taken care of. Extremely good customer service! More

After two weeks, my daughter decided she did not like the car as much as she thought. We went back and talked to Todd Roth and he said he wanted us to be happy with our car purchase. We worked with Stacey again and she was just as great to deal with as the first. We even found a car at one of their other dealerships and she went and picked it up for us to look at. My daughter found another to purchase and Todd and Stacey both worked with us to make a great deal. Daniel Linton was our financial person, he made the financial deal quick and pleasant. When the time comes to purchase another vehicle, I will be going to Suntrup. More

Great Experience at Suntrup I was in the market for a new vehicle because my ‘04 Nissan Pathfinder was on it’s last leg. Originally I’d narrowed my choices to two vehicles, a Nis I was in the market for a new vehicle because my ‘04 Nissan Pathfinder was on it’s last leg. Originally I’d narrowed my choices to two vehicles, a Nissan Altima or Volkswagen Passat. Since Suntrup has both dealerships side by side I decided to go there. I was greated by salesman Wilcox Yorama who has access to both lots and the used car lot. He was very knowledgeable about both vehicles, let me test drive them both and there was no pressure sales. I bring this up because after driving both cars I wasn’t impressed with either. After toiling over my decision for a while and walking around I spotted a Blue Honda Accord on the used car lot. I discussed the car with Wilcox and he was more than happy to take me out on another drive and show me all the features of the Honda. Long story short I ended up purchasing the Honda. I got a great deal on my trade and after a little negotiating I got an even better purchase price on the car! More

Where there’s a Wilcox, there’s a way!! I have always been a hand-me-down car owner. I knew it was time for an upgrade because my previous car had PLENTY of issues. I was up front with Wilco I have always been a hand-me-down car owner. I knew it was time for an upgrade because my previous car had PLENTY of issues. I was up front with Wilcox stating “I like Nissans but I want to try out as many cars as I can!” He understood and proceeded to show me 4 different SUVs. Every single one was within my price range as discussed prior to the test drives. I know it’s a salesmen’s job to list off all the features and Wil was able to answer every question I had. When I needed him to listen to what I had to say, he was very respectful and took everything into consideration for finding the perfect car for me. I ended up with a Pathfinder and I’m in love with it!! More

A huge relief when I needed help the most I went to this dealership which mind you was 100 miles from where I live. That said I went for a certain car which I was told was still there and then I went to this dealership which mind you was 100 miles from where I live. That said I went for a certain car which I was told was still there and then was sold when I showed up. So my sales rep Mesa was able to help me find a even better alternative to my car situation. I was in a bad position where I needed a car that day as of a result of a car accident. We were able to find a really nice 2013 Kia optima ex with a bunch of features at a great price and even got it discounted for me. He was even nice enough to drive my car to my car rental drop off for me so I could return my rental. Overall I wasn't sure about this dealership at first but I am glad I stuck it out but I got a really great car and I am happy with my experience! More
