Went to glendbrook dodge last week to finally get into my dream SUV. Todd was my salesman and he was beyond excellent!!! A few months back worked a deal for a trade in on a Trackhawk at invoice. I waited and finally decided to pull trigger, so I called my salesman and verified I could still get one at invoice. He told me Trackhawk at invoice. I waited and finally decided to pull trigger, so I called my salesman and verified I could still get one at invoice. He told me yes, so I drove in and spent over an hour while they evaluated my trade and went through the order process. Sales guy comes back with the trade value and the price. Well they were at MSRP. I said no, we talked about invoice so back to the sales manager he goes. Then 10 minutes later, sorry Ryan will not do invoice and some lame excuse. TOTAL Waste of my time. This would have been the 3rd high dollar car I purchased from them. Shame on you for lying to me. Honesty should mean something. Very disappointed. More
