This has to be the worst dealership on the planet. This dealership delivered my brand new 2024 Cadillac Escalade with a huge scratch on the passenger side that covered both doors. I was told that I already purchased the vehicle and paid for it so from there on it is my problem. The vehicle was delivered to me with this scratch. This Escalade is brand new and cost me over $115,000. I even paid extra for the ceramic coating that is guaranteed to help protect against scratches.. when I questioned Alex, the sales person, he told me he would check with his manager. All I got for response was a bunch of xx as to why they couldn’t help me or cover it. They offered to do absolutely nothing to rectify the issue. This vehicle was delivered to my door with this giant scratch on it. Read the rest of the one star reviews here and run away!!! I have contacted an attorney, the BBB and the local media to help make others aware of this dealerships shady practices. I have also reached out directly to Cadillac in an effort to have their dealer accreditation pulled. They are very bad business for the community. More
