Went way past expectations I just recently purchased a Pilot from Superior and I could not be more thrilled. I recently was in an accident so I did not “plan” on buying a new vehicle. I started with an online inquiry which connected us with John Wonder. He was understanding of the situation and found a fantastic deal for me. When I came in to “look” at the Pilot, I was connected with Toby Egerton. He was very personable and made me feel like I was taking to a friend and not a salesman. He wanted to help get our family back to its active lifestyle. The icing on the cake came the next day when my family of 5 took over the dealership an hour before closing time. We never felt rushed and the kids were right at home in the play area. The financing was painless and considering we had not planned to buy a vehicle but circumstance was making us, the monthly payment is within our budget. Our new Honda will get special care for years to come which makes this sports mom worry less. Superior Honda definitely earned my business. More

I loved buying my vehicle! Words can not express how much I loved buying our 2018 Honda Odyssey! My husband and I (okay mostly me) were looking for a third row SUV that had easy access from the second row with car seats in the second row. I called Superior and spoke with Toby about driving the Pilot that had bucket seats. He had the Pilot ready for me the minute I walked in the door. Unfortunately, to get the bucket seats in the Pilot, we would have to get the Elite, and that was out of our price range. As we talked to Toby, he really listened to what we needed the third row for, he brought us into the showroom and showed us the Odyssey. I told him that I swore I would never own a minivan but then he showed us the “magic slide”! I was sold! We left to talk over our options, which now included the Odyssey. I went back later to drive the Odyssey. Toby never pressured us to buy anything, we never had to hear the “well what can we do to...” speech. It was refreshing how easy it was to buy a car. Brian and Toby made the whole seamless. Thank you again! More

I dealt with several employees including Ken, Toby, and Cody, and they were all helpful and friendly. I never felt pressured or intimidated as has been my experience with buying cars from other businesses in the past. I feel I got a great deal on a great car. My only complaint is that the process of buying the car was time consuming and I was there all afternoon, but obviously that is not unique to Superior. More
