Great experience and more! We came in to look at a used convertible but realized it was not the right fit for our lives, and changed to a 5 series sedan. Our salesperson, NayColle, was thorough and knowledgeable in explaining the differences between the 3 and 5 series, without being technical. We told her exactly the color combination we wanted, price point, and she found it and let us know about it in one week. We appreciated the one price methodology for used car pricing, as it is not tiring. The delivery process was thorough and professional (loved the touch screen signing process!), training on the new car was excellent, we are very happy. Thank you Caz, NayColle, and Tim.
