We purchased a new 2011 Kia Forte in March, 2011. We went to Kia because of the safety ratings we have read about in Consumer Reports, the warranties, price, gas mileage, etc. A huge bonus that we did went to Kia because of the safety ratings we have read about in Consumer Reports, the warranties, price, gas mileage, etc. A huge bonus that we did not expect was the friendly, professional service we were met with by our sales associate, Tim Whitener. There was no pressure, just information. Tim's 10 yrs experience shows, and made it a totally comfortable experience. We had a good experience, also, in the Finance Office, with Ryan Caldwell.
