We had zero intention of actually buying a car that night. However, when Tim Sterling began showing us the deals we could get, we became more intrigued. We went to the dealership later in the evening since we didn't intend to buy that night, but everyone was so helpful that we decided to sign and drive that night. Everyone was so willing to stay an hour past closing to help us. Would definitely recommend Klaben! More

Good Time! So, I went in to Klaben, not to confident that I was going to leave with a new car. My credit has been improving over the years, I was READY to get out of my beater named "Maxine",(RIP my sweet girl). Anyways, I recommended by a friend to check out Klaben and talk to Tim Sterling, because was AWESOME. Which, from experience, I can tell you...Hes pretty awesome!!! We went for a test drive, went over the car's features and then the numbers. While, they were running my numbers and we were waiting for the approval, Tim sat with me and we LAUGHED AND LAUGHED, boy did we laugh A LOT. Which took away ALL my anxiety I had about buying a new car and worries about not being approved. He really was extremely helpful and super friendly. Made the entire waiting game a fun experience. The other Tim, who was running the numbers and working for the approvals, was EXTREMELY nice and thoughtful. He even came out when I was getting in my car, getting ready to leave to Congratulate me. They came back with my approval we all high fived and we super happy! Big purchases great service. I went to Klaben Ford to look for a new vehicle. My family has worked with Chris Moldas in the past so I requested him. Unfortunately, Chris was off I went to Klaben Ford to look for a new vehicle. My family has worked with Chris Moldas in the past so I requested him. Unfortunately, Chris was off that day but Tim, a new sales person, helped me out in his stead and then gave my information to Chris the next day. It was great to see Tim's enthusiasm but to have the experiences of Chris Moldas. Great teamwork!!! Chris worked hard to get me the vehicle that I wanted in the price range that I needed.
