Honda Barn Doesn't Disappoint! 15 Months ago we revisited our fave sales rep, Tim Raymond, and purchased a 2017 Honda CRV. Unfortunately, this car was totaled in a head-on collisio 15 Months ago we revisited our fave sales rep, Tim Raymond, and purchased a 2017 Honda CRV. Unfortunately, this car was totaled in a head-on collision on 11/30/18 but thankfully my husband walked away without life-threatening injuries. We let Tim Raymond know that we would be in the market for another CRV. And considering how well the CRV performed in the accident where the other driver was traveling at roughly 45MPH around the time of impact, we couldn't think of any other vehicle to replace our SUV with. While our insurance company and lien holder processed the paperwork fairly quickly compared to other stories that I've heard, it still took just shy of 3 weeks. In the meantime, at our request to Tim Raymond, Honda Barn diligently obtained the exact vehicle from another dealership and held it for nearly 10 days without a deposit from us despite our eagerness to make a monetary downpayment to insure the vehicle would still be there when we were ready to repurchase. Honda Barn never took a deposit from us stating that it was a customer courtesy. At a time when our heads were spinning, we couldn't have been more touched, pleased and thankful for this gracious act. We worked with Ray Jurewicz for seamless financing at a preferred 1.9% APR special offered at year end. I'll be in the market for another car soon, and there's no doubt that I'll be visiting Honda Barn yet again. Ask for Tim Raymond! No pressure, just class and diligence! More

Fair trade, good price, excellent communication My wife and I were looking for a three-row SUV to accommodate the needs of our growing family. We met Tim Raymond moments after walking through the do My wife and I were looking for a three-row SUV to accommodate the needs of our growing family. We met Tim Raymond moments after walking through the door. We shared our intention: to drive three competing vehicles in one day. Tim took us for a test drive, answered our questions (and follow on questions) with confidence, and never disparaged his competition (though he was able to clearly differentiate in areas that matter to us). I should note that it took us 20-odd minutes to get our car seats into the car for the test drive, and there was never even a whiff of impatience from Tim (we had to do a real test drive and as a father, he got that intuitively). Tim offered a fair price for our trade on the first go, and an excellent price for the SUV we chose (contingent of taking Dealer stock, which was fine with us). We made the deal over the phone the next day and picked up the vehicle (which had obviously been washed thoroughly) shortly thereafter. At delivery, Tim took a lot of time to introduce us to the amazing features of our new SUV (incidentally, we’re stunned at how far cars have come in only four years), and even invited us to the Dealership’s picnic the next day! We appreciated his openness and communication throughout the process. Without hesitation, we’d recommend Tim and Honda Barn to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
