Recently bought a new 2023 4Runner. We started with Rich who was a super nice, no pressure salesman. Casey and Mike helped coordinate some changes with the 4Runner to get me one off the lot instead of waiting until Mid November. Sherri was very thorough and made sure we understood everything in the finance office. After everything was completed, we were so impressed we took the opportunity to trade in my wife's car for a used Rav4 hybrid and did the whole thing all over again. More

We picked up our 2023 RAV4 Hybrid Limited two weeks ago from Toyota of Naperville. This was our fifth Toyota Hybrid purchased from this exceptional dealership and the fourth vehicle purchased from Harvey N from Toyota of Naperville. This was our fifth Toyota Hybrid purchased from this exceptional dealership and the fourth vehicle purchased from Harvey Nyien. In this time of “limited” availability, we were fortunate that Harvey was able to get us a reservation for an allocated RAV4 that met our needs. My wife is enjoying her new RAV4 now which replaced her previous 2017 model with upgraded safety and convenience features and better fuel economy. Many controls were already familiar and the transition to our 2023 has been very satisfactory. If you want a new Toyota with great features and reliability, I recommend you stop in and talk with Harvey. He is very knowledgeable, straightforward and trustworthy to deal with. More
