After reading reviews from the Romeville and this dealership, I knew exactly where I was going. I was looking for a specific color that I wanted on a 2024 Rav4. Mike Beck was very eager to help and drove to Wisconsin, picked up the vehicle and brought it back to the dealership. Mike was polite, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and helped me set up everything on my vehicle. I had them do the protection coating on the interior and exterior. They had to keep it overnight so they allowed me to take a loaner vehicle home. Upon returning the loaner the next day and picking up my vehicle, Dustin from the service department was AMAZING!! He is very knowledgeable of any type of vehicle. He was polite, nice and also answered any questions. He even recommended a restaurant after asking him if there was any good places to eat. It was a great place he picked! I can not think of one negative thing to say. I would highly recommend shopping here for a new or used vehicle!! You all made my car buying easy! THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!
