The first week of March, we purchased a new car at Toyota of Naperville. We had located the car on the dealership's inventory of incoming vehicles. We had purchased from this dealer before and always had good experiences. Our salesperson for this purchase was Chris Veliz. Chris was knowledgeable of the products, pleasant and professional. After our initial inquiry about the vehicle , he stayed in touch without being pushy. Based on our recent experience with another dealer, we were concerned about added fees. Chris quickly and without hesitation answered our questions about final sale costs. He went beyond our request for information and sent a draft bill of sale for our review. After making a deposit on an incoming vehicle, Chris kept us informed about the progress and delivery date of the car. On the day of the pick up, the negotiation of price was done reasonably and quickly. Chris made sure we had everything we needed before leaving the dealership that day.
