Jessica Mendez took time to speak to us and made sure that we both understood how to navigate on the Toyota website. She even got me a cup of coffee!! During my search for a Nissan vehicle, I stumbled upon a 2016 Camry SE lease special. After looking up consumer reviews, and talking with a family member who currently owns a 2008 Camry, with 250,000 miles, I decided to make an appointment at the Naperville location. I worked with Meraj, Dustin, Mitch and Tim, and was blown away by the professionalism and offers they had given me. I made the right decision going to Toyota instead of its competitors, and I will be a lifetime customer. Not only did I receive excellent customer service from everyone I worked with, but I drove away in something better than I had anticipated leaving with.
