But instead of taking advantage of my situation, the entire sales staff took excellent care of me; especially my sales person Atanas Ivanov who went above and beyond to get me the best terms possible and to put me in a car that would meet my wants and needs. He was friendly and respectful, knowledgeable, experienced, listened well, and used every available tool to bring the price down on my new car.
