Eric did an excellent job! He found the exact vehicle we wanted, kept us informed during the complete process, and had our deal closed immediately. He never came across as a "car salesman". He simply did a super job listening to everything we wanted in the car purchase. Pat also did a great job of financing our vehicle and describing every option from gap to service warranties. Both were so very professional. And finally - I don't think you can get in and out of Holm Automotive without Tim shaking your hand and visiting! What a pleasant, friendly dealership. I was involved in a car accident on 6-1-11 and worked with Holm Auto in Abilene, KS and all of the WONDERFUL folks there with car repairs/estimates, rental car, and with the purchase of my 3rd new vehicl with Holm Auto in Abilene, KS and all of the WONDERFUL folks there with car repairs/estimates, rental car, and with the purchase of my 3rd new vehicle from this dealership. On the day of my accident I called Holm Auto and spoke with Pam to say I was having my 2010 Toyota Corolla S towed to their dealership for a repair estimate and that I would also need a rental car. When I arrived at Holm Auto that evening (quite shaken up and injured from my car accident) there to greet me was Tim Holm, the owner of Holm Auto; Pam, Secretary/Receptionist (sorry I do not know Pam's last name); Ross Taplin, Salesman; and Brent (sorry I cannot recall Brent's last name). Not only was a rental car waiting and ready for me to take, but the absloute sincere expression for my well-being was expressed by all of these folks---they will NEVER know what this meant to me in my time of need. I have purchased 3 new vehicles from Holm Auto and the service and friendship they extend to their customers is absolutely outstanding--always when I come into the dealership, I am greeted by my first name --- I do have to admit with handling the many details from my car accident, I was at the dealership a lot and probably was a "pest"---but NEVER did anyone there make me feel like anything but welcomed. I simply cannot put into words all of the outstanding services Holm Auto has given to me and that includes the monthly oil changes my car needs due to the distance I commute to my job--ALWAYS a smile and ALWAYS ready and willing to assist me however they can, and for this I am most appreciative. THANK YOU!!!!! PS---I love my new CRUZE and also my new EQUINOX!!!!! More

Nita and I have purchased or leased seven vehicles (5 Cadillac's and 2 trucks) from Holm's since 2000. The staff has always been friendly and helpful during that time. We have also recommended them to many of our family and friends both for buying or servicing their cars. The staff in Sales, Parts, Body Repair and the Office are exceptionally qualified at their jobs as well as friendly. Even the staff we have not worked with directly call us by our first names and greet us each time we go to the dealership. We appreciate them so much that Nita takes them homemade goodies for the staff to enjoy as a small token of our respect and appreciation for the great work they do. On one occasion, we were taking a family member back to Colorado with her infant child. We discovered that the seat belt being used for the infant was not functioning properly. We called the Service Department and told them the problem. We,of course, were on a schedule and needed to get in, have the repair made and get out as quicly as possible. When Jamie and Chuck saw that the seat belt repair would take longer than we could allow,they immediately put us into a comparable car, filled it with gas and sent us on our way, while the repair was made. Upon our return, the problem had been solved. On another occasion, I was driving home from work and hit a skunk. The smell was horrific. I called the Service Department the next day and Jamie said bring it in right away. Within a short period of time the car was returned. It smelled like a new car. Well...... the next week my wife hit a skunk on the way home to work with our other car. The same patient voice answered the call and took care of the same problem with the same expediency. We all had a good laugh and wondered what were the chances of that ever happening again. Fortunately, it has not! These are two of the many wonderful experiences we have had. Eric has been amazing at finding the cars we wanted to purchase and lease, no matter how far he has to go to search for them. Eric, Pat, Tim and Chris make it possible for us to get the best financial deal. Brad in Parts and B.J. in the Body Shop, Pam and Darwin in the office are outstanding. We really appreciate the family atmosphere at Holm's, but also appreciate the competent staff, who it seems can do most anything with vehicles for their customers. We highly recommend the dealership to all our friends and have many, who have had similar positive experiences. Tim's motto for the dealership, is "Come to Holm Automotive... you'll be glad you did". He certainly is right. We ARE glad we did! More
