He always makes sure I have all the information I need, which makes the entire service experience stress free. What I appreciate most is how he takes the time to explain the details including the fine print that most people would probably overlook. He breaks everything down in a way that’s easy to understand, so there are no surprises and I always know exactly what to expect. Tim truly goes above and beyond, and because of that, I completely trust his recommendations. Mercedes is lucky to have him, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s running his own location one day.
