Highly recommended ~ When we arrived, Mr Tim Germain came and greeted us, after we told him what we were looking for, we went for a test drive in next minute. He explained and described all functions of the new Rav4 for us, EVERY one of them! which we didn't get from another Toyota dealer. Also very pleasure on the test drive. Because we were still looking that day, he didn't force us to stay, but gave us the information we need as reference. At last, because of horrible experience from another Toyota dealer, we decided to get from Mr Germain. Because it was weekday, we arrived about 6:30pm and left at around 9:30pm. Mr Larry Pickett gave us long but comfortable and very informative but clear and not annoying on extra information about the car and financial information, also they waited for us to move stuffs from old car. Salesman was great but sales tactics are dishonest. Tim was great as a salesman. My problem with this dealership is that I truly dislike the false advertising tactics this (and many other) dealerships Tim was great as a salesman. My problem with this dealership is that I truly dislike the false advertising tactics this (and many other) dealerships use to garner in customers. The vehicle I was interested in had a "$5000 OFF" sign hanging in the windshield. No conditions were stated on this sign. There was nothing on it except for the $5000 OFF. When I got inside and began the paperwork I was told that the $5000 off was only good if you used outside bank financing. If you used Toyota Financing you would only get $3000 off. I think this is wrong. If the sign read $5000 off the customer should have received that amount off no matter how they paid for the vehicle. The sign had no conditions written anywhere on it. The conditions were disclosed once I sat down and was well into the purchase process. This is false advertising. I don't see why a dealership as large as Fred Anderson has to resort to these old tricks in order to sell vehicles. I was at this dealership two weeks before I made my purchase and I saw signs on some Prius' that read: $5000 off and 0% if financed through SETF. There should be some standard for their signage. On the day of my purchase I was also told by the business manager that there would be no more 0% financing on Prius' through the remaining of the year. I just read on Fred Anderson's website that some Prius' are being offered right now at 0%. It seems as if Fred Anderson makes up the different conditions they want every day. It's just sad that these are not disclosed where and when they should be. More

Awesome I want to thank Timothy German for his hard work in getting my purple SUV. Plus I wanted all the bells and whistles. We had to order it end of Oct. We had to order it end of Oct. said they would start on it Nov 21st be ready by Dec. 9th. To my surprise I was shopping for Thanksgiving food on Nov. 22nd and phone rang it was Tim my car was in what a surprise and on my Mothers 91st birthday how special. Wonderful Experience I worked with Tim Germain in 2012 when he had a 2013 Toyota Venza shipped to Raleigh for me. Years later I was looking for a Hybrid and had no idea I I worked with Tim Germain in 2012 when he had a 2013 Toyota Venza shipped to Raleigh for me. Years later I was looking for a Hybrid and had no idea I had Tim Germain again esp. when I wanted a used Prius. So after that used prius was shipped I decided I wanted a new Prius and I told Tim if you can have me out of here in a hour I'm going to purchase. And it happened it was a great and easy experience since I was tired and came from Wilson, NC from work to the dealership. Tim was pleasant and very very helpful and explained everything in full detail. Tim Rocks! I love Toyota and wouldn't buy anthing else. More
