As a result, regardless of doing everything right on my end, my insurance received a claim that I now have to dispute and push back on. I am fully aware of the Release of Liability process; however, this situation should not have involved me at all after the trade-in. I have no information on who the dealership sold my vehicle to, yet I am still being drawn into the claims process due to how the paperwork was handled. I asked to speak with the salesperson who sold me the car and was told she was busy and would return my call later, which she never did. I called again a second time and the person I spoke with was very rude, telling me it wasn’t his job to help me and that I should contact Honda directly since the car was still under warranty. Then he hung up on me. I really can't understand why a dealership would treat their customers so poorly, not to mention the fact that a brand new car stopped working, which is alarming in itself. Of course I'd never recommend Anderson Honda to anyone. Instead, if you're considering buying a new car, I strongly recommend to take your business somewhere else that actually values and respects its customers. Buying a car is a big decision, and you deserve better than this. More
