I've been to dealerships where they did not acknowledge what I wanted in a vehicle and tried to oversell me on certain features, but Tiffany only recommended features that would be beneficial to me without pushing. She was so professional and honest during the entire process and Tiffany is definitely the reason I followed through with the purchase of my Infiniti QX 60!
