I came here because I had poor credit and not a lot of loose money to spend and I didn’t have many options. I called after hearing there advertisement on the radio . Tiffany Answered and I explained my plight and she ensured me that that was their specialty . I drove an hour and fifteen minutes and meet with Tarek Madi and he instantly mad me feel like a friend. After I explained my plight he said don’t worry about it I got you. And he went to work making sure I drove home in a new car . There were complications with my and my co-signers proof of income but Matthew Frye made it all work and allowed me to drive home in the car . Over all this dealership is unique and the people their are genuine and truly want to help people outside of just selling cars they want to put a smile on your face and have you go home happy. They are good people . And I really like my 2021 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 also. I would recommend them to anyone. More

I'm so happy I found Winchester Mitsubishi! Within an hour of an online inquiry I was on the phone with Ethan who answered all my questions and set me up with an appointment. Went in, and Kate was awesom hour of an online inquiry I was on the phone with Ethan who answered all my questions and set me up with an appointment. Went in, and Kate was awesome! She made me feel at home and like I was talking to a friend. They listened to what I wanted in a car and navigated the obstacles I threw at them. Tiffany helped with getting my taxes filed and made sure she was able to get everything I was supposed to and had to sit through some pretty horrible hold music with a smile on her face. They also welcomed my little dog when I came directly from work, and he loved all ghe attention he got. I love my dog more than anything and seriously may have went somewhere else if he wasn't loved on. I give them all an 11 out of 10. More
