Buying a vehicle from Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Kia was a hassle free experience. Even with the current supply chain issues and chip shortages, the dealer was in constant contact with us on the delivery stat hassle free experience. Even with the current supply chain issues and chip shortages, the dealer was in constant contact with us on the delivery status of the vehicle we ordered. We agreed on a price early on and they held their commitment to the price. There were no surprises with extra charges added on to the sales price. I am overall very satisfied with our experience with this dealership, and our sales person, Bill, who was professional and courteous and listened to what we were looking for. More

I liked the salesperson, even though he now won’t return my emails. Follow up is important, even after the sale. Was not a big fan of the finance person talking to me like I was an idiot.
