I had a great experience overall with the dealership. Especially the salesperson and the Manager. But I was not greeted the first time in a timely manner nor the second time. I had to ask for help bot Especially the salesperson and the Manager. But I was not greeted the first time in a timely manner nor the second time. I had to ask for help both times. The test drive portion was great both times. I felt comfortable and never felt rushed. I have a small issue how I was treated by the finance manager. But again, I was very happy with my Salesperson. His attentiveness throughout the whole process. More

I am overall more impressed with the professionalism of the Service Department personnel than the front office sales admin & finance personnel. Accommodated us well. Wasn’t happy about paying that much over MSRP but that’s life. Probably could of gotten more for my trade ins due to them saying they pay over KBB bu Wasn’t happy about paying that much over MSRP but that’s life. Probably could of gotten more for my trade ins due to them saying they pay over KBB but they gave us under KBB. Was fast and they were friendly. Wasn’t happy paying 50k for a vehicle and not getting power rear gate. If it had a power lift gate I would of been able to choke down the huge markup better. More

Horrible place to do business with. They mislead you, don't follow up, don't call back, etc. The GSM said they'd make it right with the used car I bought but that was far from the tru They mislead you, don't follow up, don't call back, etc. The GSM said they'd make it right with the used car I bought but that was far from the truth. They quoted me $2500 to fix the AC that wasn't working... but would do it for $1700. I did the repair myself for $560 and 3 hours if my time with OEM parts. They really should have goodwilled this instead of treating a customer like crap. I will spread the word that they are shady and untruthful. Wish there was zero stars option. More
