I have been dealing with Princeton Mercedes for the past 13 years Tom Knoblock Sr. and for the past 4 years with Tom Jr.. It starts with a smile a handshake how are you update on the family and always can get you something to drink before we dicuss any business. I often just walk in to talk about new or future cars and he always has time for a talk. On our second visit he gave us the car to test drive by ourselves and he went above and beyond to get us in the car we wanted. I just leased a new E Class fro M.B. Princeton. The whole experience was truly wonderful. Tom Knobloch Jr. was our salesman. This is the second car that we leased from Princeton M.B. through him. He remembered us and treated as valued customers should be. The whole buying process was very relaxed and comfortable. We actually did two separate test drives at different times to make sure that the E Class was right for us coming from the M Class. Tom was patient and accommodating the the entire process. At the closing table, Tom thoroughly explained all of the documents to us prior to signing them. The Sales Manager, Gary also interacted with Tom and us multiple times during the process, again making us feel like truly valued customers. Ruben, the dealership's Delivery Specialist took us through the entire car, explaining and helping us to set up set up its multitude of features. I would highly recommend M.B.
