Excellent knowledge, listened to what we wanted, very personable, a Toyota booster without being pushy. He kept in touch and let me know the status of everything. Thanks. personable, a Toyota booster without being pushy. He kept in touch and let me know the status of everything. Thanks. More

I spent 40 years in retail with Dayton's and Target corp. so I know outstanding customer service when I experience it. Jesse Gibbs was not only very knowledgeable but was also through in explaining and demo so I know outstanding customer service when I experience it. Jesse Gibbs was not only very knowledgeable but was also through in explaining and demonstrating all the new features of my 3rd Rudy Luther Toyota Venza. He has contacted me to follow up and offered additional assistance if I need it. I would say he gave me and my wife the true blue ribbon treatment. A job well done Jesse. I'll let you know when I need more of your professionalism. More
