I would like to recognize the outstanding service I received at Southern Toyota, location 44Q. My service advisor, Thomas, was professional, courteous, and understood the importance of getting my vehic received at Southern Toyota, location 44Q. My service advisor, Thomas, was professional, courteous, and understood the importance of getting my vehicle repaired as quickly as possible. He made sure I was well taken care of, kept me informed throughout the process, and clearly explained the repairs that needed to be done. His excellent customer service made the experience much easier, and I truly appreciate his dedication. However, I am very disappointed with the department responsible for issuing the loaner vehicle. My car is covered under warranty, and I heard Thomas explain that I should not have been charged for the loaner. Despite this, my credit card was charged. When I contacted that department, they did not seem to understand the situation and simply told me to wait until Monday to have the matter addressed. I am still waiting to hear about my refund. While Thomas provided exceptional service, the handling of the loaner car charge has left me frustrated. I hope this issue is resolved promptly and that improvements are made to prevent other customers from experiencing the same problem More

I had a great experience with Thomas and the service department. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my car’s motor, kept me informed throughout the process, and treated me with kindness and department.
