My Mom bought a new Trailblazer from Tom Downing about 6 months ago and had a fantastic experience. She's in her 80's so buying a new car on her own could have been scary. Not with Tom! He was kind, patient months ago and had a fantastic experience. She's in her 80's so buying a new car on her own could have been scary. Not with Tom! He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and honest.
