Tom Leibowitz was our salesman once again—he helped us with our first van back in 2019, and we were so glad to work with him again. Tom is truly wonderful to work with. He is knowledgeable, informative, and genuinely cares about making sure his customers feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made everything smooth and stress-free. We are absolutely thrilled with our new Sienna and so grateful for the excellent service we received. He was respectful, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the process—even going as far as offering my wife a slice of pizza when she was hungry. He made a stressful experience much more manageable.Unfortunately, my interaction with the manager, I didn’t appreciate the way he handled things or how he treated Tom during the process.Tom is a standout employee and absolutely deserves recognition for the way he treats customers.
