Josh was the finance manager when my husband came in on August 24 and purchased a 2018 Infiniti. first of all, they lied about the car, never been in a wreck, which it was according to the Carfax that they August 24 and purchased a 2018 Infiniti. first of all, they lied about the car, never been in a wreck, which it was according to the Carfax that they never even offered so Josh gave my husband an ultimatum we can fix the bumper and you pay for it or we’ll just take the car back my husband decided to leave the car at that time. Josh told him that he would be refunding the check so today is September 17, 2024 we have not heard from Josh every time we call he gives us a runaround so I guess our next step is an attorney which we’ve already retained and we’re gonna go from there, so no, I think this is a horrible dealership because of the lies they told so if anyone cares to read this, please reach out to us 912-644-9401 More

Buying a car is easy. ....for most dealers. Vaden Nissan is different. Most dealers have higher rankings due to sales. They're all nice because they are trying to sell you ....for most dealers. She goes above and beyond and is very interactive with the service department. So, if you have a problem, or need something, she's all over it. Mark Eden (service advisor) along with the other guys, are the best. Communication is KEY and that's what I love about this place. I wish they would buy autonation down the street and clean house over there because autonation, especially Jaguar/Landrover doesn't give 2 shyts about you. I have 3 people that are very close to me who have dealt with Autonation (Jaguar Land Rover and Jeep) and they all say the same thing.... Autonation looks out for themselves and their bottom line and that's it, with absolutely no communication at all. My ex wife's car sat on their lot for over 8 weeks waiting for service. My car sat on the lot for over 2 weeks trying to get in touch with the service manager with no call backs at all. The service advisor would text back hours after I texted them and still no status update on my vehicle. I finally pulled the plug on them. I'm 55 and have bought Fords, Mazdas, Audi, Lexus, Nissan and I usually rate a dealership on service alone. Buying a car takes a couple hours, but service takes years of trust. Sales with Thely coincides with service and vice versa. I have a few friends and family members who have bought a car from Vaden Nissan and everyone of them has had a great experience. I just bought a 2023 Hyundai Tucson for my daughter from here and so glad I did because I have no worries knowing that Thely or Mark will take care of any issues if I have them.
