Best dealership that I have ever encountered. I worked directly with my great salesman Chris and the sales manager Antonio. I bought a beautiful used car that many dealerships would sell as is. I I worked directly with my great salesman Chris and the sales manager Antonio. I bought a beautiful used car that many dealerships would sell as is. I asked if they would fix a few things like adding new tires (the ones on the used car needed replacement) and a slight vibration issue. I thought they may tell me to go pound sand. However Antonio did not blink and said done. They went over and above my expectations. I now recommend all of my friends and co-workers to this dealership. I work at Ford Motor company and I told Antonio that he and his team are spectacular to work with. He simply responded we care more about customers than selling cars. We build relationships. So true and I plan on letting Dealer Relations inside of Ford know that more dealerships should be like Ford Suburban Ferndale. What a great experience and I love my 20MY Lincoln MKZ More
