I brought the old model in for service, while I was waiting I asked about trading in, the service dept. said hang on we will get you a salesperson-then I was introduced to John McNeil. John is a wonderful person and a friendly knowledgeable salesperson and funny as heck. John gave me many options and answered all my question and made my decision very easy. I felt very happy and confident in my decision when I left the lot. John has also followed up with several calls and has made me feel like he really cared. Fred was also very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have always enjoyed my experience with the whole staff, the service department is wonderful-Jeremy is always so friendly and helpful, and I am happy that I can continue dealing with them in the future. I will definately recommend this dealership and the Mazda car to friends and family. More

The service department thoroughly explains what service is being performed on your vehicle in terms you can understand. The sales department is very helpful without being pushy.
