Dealership was very welcoming! Several employees asking if I needed help. Dealership was clean, nice and cool. But, Terrell was an amazing salesman. He answered my emails fi Several employees asking if I needed help. Dealership was clean, nice and cool. But, Terrell was an amazing salesman. He answered my emails first, then followed up by supplying important information to me prior to me even visiting dealership. Terrell’s over and above attitude made my decision to go to the dealership and see the car I was thinking about. Within an hour car my car deal was done and Terrell introduced me to Tony Cicala in finance. Another great employee. A short time later and done in finance the car had already been detailed and fueled! What a great experience!!! Would totally recommend Terrell! More

Love the new location, it’s very clean and quiet. My only reason for giving 4 stars is the amount of automated texts I get about purchasing a new car. It’s a little annoying. Sands Kia never made me feel pressured or rushed to figure out what I wanted. Gonzo in sales was very knowledgeable and upfront. I was a pleasure to work with him. The manager was willing to talk and a figure out what I wanted. Gonzo in sales was very knowledgeable and upfront. I was a pleasure to work with him. The manager was willing to talk and answer any questions I had. The only negative was the car X-Ray machine. It missed 95% of its stated issues with my trade in. More
