Well I will NEVER deal with Fred Anderson Toyota on Glenwood Ave. Raleigh NC! After purchasing my vehicle I have had issues with getting my car in as promised for tiny that I have already paid for. I have been getting the run around and was approached rudely by one on the salesman that I dealt with during my purchase. He was upset after I contacted the general manager but even the general manager hasn’t called back to resolve the issue. They accepted me buying a vehicle but rude and unprofessional as fuck after the fact. Ghetto ass people working this location. No Ryan, Terrance or Joe. RUN it approached by them, they only are about commission money, definitely not the customer. I overheard another conversation while there and it wasn’t pleasant coming from another customer.
